Shared among our four neighboring Dreammaker villas, this outdoor space is being transformed into a peaceful garden retreat featuring:

Please note: The backyard is shared among guests of our four villas, while your private patio and its amenities remain exclusively yours.

From Phoenix to Uptown Sedona - Follow Interstate 17 North aprox. 150 miles to Sedona/Interstate 179 Exit. Take Interstate 179 for about 20 miles until you reach the 89A, make a right hand turn at the roundabout. Take the 89A north until you reach the next roundabout, Jordan Rd. Follow Jordan Rd. for about 1 mile and make a left on Capital Butte. The Bicycle House will be on your left.

Jon and Tish Denney raised 1 son and 3 daughters in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area while Tish spilt her time for 10 years to owning and operating a lodging business in Northern California. Jon is a well known Realtor/Real Estate investor in the Phoenix area for more that 23 years. In 2017 they decided to combine their talents to create this lasting family venture "Dreammaker Sedona".
Our family team operates a vacation rental company- Sedona Dream Maker. We love to hike, explore, visit the wineries, and offer guests an outstanding vacation experience.
