The Chic Ranch House boasts 6 spacious, designer bedrooms, each with new memory foam beds, plush linens, and stylish furnishings. Thoughtfully appointed with mini coffee bars, chic interiors, and indulgent soaking tubs (including two hammered copper tubs), every detail has been crafted for comfort and relaxation. You’ll also enjoy heated bathroom floors, quality soaps, and a serene ambiance throughout.

For breathtaking views, head up to our Red Rock Sky Deck, where you can stargaze by the fire, sip your morning coffee while the sun rises over the mountains, or unwind with a glass of wine while watching the sunset over Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, and Courthouse Butte.

UPTOWN VILLAS

Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes with 2-car garages are bright, updated, and completely private—each with its own hot tub for ultimate relaxation. These properties can be rented as a group, check out our 4 Home Uptown Haven Listing. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just steps from the vibrant Uptown Sedona area, our four Red Rock View properties offer an unbeatable "Walk Score" location. Within 1-3 blocks, you'll find a wealth of shops, restaurants, tours, and trailheads for hiking and biking. Plus, we're only minutes away from West Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon, giving you easy access to all that Sedona has to offer.

Each of our four themed homes—The Bicycle House, Uptown House, Sedona House, and Route 66 House—has been thoughtfully renovated with brand-new furnishings, creating modern, chic, and comfortable spaces to relax and unwind. Whether you're enjoying a sunrise or sunset from your private hot tub with stunning views, or simply slowing down to savor the peace of Sedona, you'll feel right at home.

Our homes are designed with families and pets in mind, and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The Sedona House and Route 66 House both include dedicated workstations, and all properties come equipped with top-tier cable, private high-speed internet, 3 Roku TVs, and a selection of games and toys. Playpens and high-chairs are available upon request.

We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. Our properties are meticulously cleaned and disinfected following CDC guidelines, with all surfaces sanitized using EPA-recognized disinfectants. All linens and bedding are laundered with Lysol Laundry Sanitizing Detergent, and we provide sanitizers and wipes for guest use. For added peace of mind, all dishware is washed in a new dishwasher featuring a sanitizing mode, and our hot tubs are sanitized between each stay with an Ozone Generator for continuous purification.
